Spiritual Growth: Flowers Bloom After The Rain ๐ŸŒน

Even if the rain does not yield blooming flowers, it nurtures the seeds, so that when the sun comes, flowers will flood the field once more. The earth promises both rain and sunshine. Both are infinite gifts from the sky, part of the ebb and flow of life.

The winter months can be hard. We are confronted with our fears, and challenged to grow. Right now, my self-worth issues are coming to the surface. Thoughts that do not align with Love are surfacing, and my ego is putting up a real fight! Iโ€™ve been challenged to be more confident, empowered, and passionate with my creative endeavors.

The ego tries to convince us that our fears, insecurities, and self-limiting beliefs are real. However, they are the furthest from the Truth. When we step into awareness, we create space between us and the ego. This is a surrender to Love.

The mindful practice to calm the mind requires consistent practice. Yet, the mind, which produces fear-based thinking, is never set in stone, able to be re-mastered!

All in all, I hope to give us the message to surrender to Love. The fertile flowers of Spring always come after the barren fields of Winter.
